Vote for former math teacher Levinthal for D86 Board

Whether you have children in D86 or not, it’s important to vote in this election because some of the current board decisions regarding changing the math and science curriculum could have a negative impact on your home property value.

I recommend voting for Debbie Levinthal. Debbie is a former high school math teacher with many years of experience teaching at two top Illinois high schools, New Trier and Stevenson. We need someone with her background on the board, someone who can really understand the impact of these changes to the math curriculum and know what questions to ask.

If elected, she will ask the administration to step back and re-evaluate these curriculum changes. She will request evidence-based data to support decisions and encourage feedback from the feeder middle schools and the community.

Debbie moved here for the schools and is dedicated to keeping D86 a top school district in the state. I hope you will join me in voting for Debbie Levinthal for the D86 board.
