New Online Brochure for Clarendon Hills Park District Available on August 3
For the first time in the 74-year history of the Clarendon Hills Park District, the government entity will not be printing and mailing a seasonal program guide. On Monday, August 3, the park district's Fall 2020 Program Guide will be available exclusively online at www.clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org. Resident registration will begin on Monday, August 10, with non-resident registration starting the following week on Monday, August 17. The new 28-page program guide has detailed information on Fall Ball, the Active Learners Preschool, The Rainbow Club for active adults ages 50 and better, arts and dance classes, youth and adult athletic leagues, tot programs, the Kids' Fishing Clinic, the Fishing Derby, the Halloween House Decorating Contest and Letters from Santa. Local families will be receiving a postcard by August 1, highlighting the new digital guide. Families without access to the internet are encouraged to stop by the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, where park district recreation professionals can provide information on programs and/or print out a copy of the digital guide. This decision was made in order to provide the Clarendon Hills Park District with the opportunity to update and change programs throughout the fall season. For more information, please contact the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, 630-323-2626.
