Four People Indicted in Fatal Shooting of Park Forest Man

One man awaits extradition from Minnesota.

PARK FOREST, IL — Four people now have been indicted in the fatal shooting of a 39-year-old Park Forestman last month.

Josiah A. Clark, 34, was indicted earlier this week on a charge of first-degree murder in the Oct. 28 homicide of Jason McCullough. Clark is currently in custody awaiting extradition from Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

McCullough was found shot dead in his home in the 200 block of Arcadia Street. An autopsy later determined he died of multiple gunshot wounds. Detectives believed the shooting stemmed from a dispute between two people who knew each other, according to a release from the department.
