HAZEL CREST — Hazel Crest Village President Vernard L. Alsberry Jr. is notifying all south suburban residents that FREE COVID TESTING is being offered at the Hazel Crest Family Center located at 16990 S. Dixie Highway. All tests will be conducted as a DRIVE-THRU by Molecular Diagnostic Labs. Testing will be conducted until 4:00 PM Friday, December 4, 2020 and from Saturday December 5, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
