Gallery: An H-F Prom for the Ages at Field Museum
The Homewood-Flossmoor High School junior and senior prom took place Saturday, May 11, at the Field Museum in Chicago. Attendees danced the night away among the museum's exhibits, under the watchful eye of Sue the dinosaur.
Homewood-Flossmoor High School students who attended prom on Saturday, May 11, were treated to a night they'll never forget at the Field Museum. While a cool breeze off Lake Michigan chilled promgoers walking into the event, inside, things heated up quickly on the dance floor as Sue the Tyrannosaurus Rex, looked on with a watchful eye.
Students arrived in style in stretch limos, classic cars and even party buses to the event, which took place from 8 p.m. to midnight. Bathed in a glow of soft pink lights, students took to the dance floor for a night befitting a year-end dance themed, 'Forever Young.'
