Graphics Pro Finds New Home in Flossmoor

The owner of a business opening this weekend in Flossmoor might have been left with nowhere for it to go after the closing of Lincoln Mall, but his next location was a simple choice.

“I didn’t choose Flossmoor, Flossmoor chose me,” said Leon Carver, of LJ Graphics.

The specialty graphics shop was previously located in Lincoln Mall for seven years, before the mall was shuttered.

“I had to go somewhere quick and in a hurry,” Carver said of his search for new space. The space in Flossmoor at 1032 Sterling Avenue was furnished and ready for move-in, he said.

Carver can get right back to business specializing in custom graphics on clothes, shoes, backdrops, murals, cars, motorcycles, helmets—”You name it we paint it!”

The store’s grand opening will be held Saturday, May 2. Customers will receive a free t-shirt with orders placed that day. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
