Homewood Extends Wednesday Night Farmers Market
This week's added market will also feature live music, officials said.
HOMEWOOD, IL - Summer isn't quite over in Homewood, and officials are proving so by adding one final Wednesday evening farmers market to the seasonal docket.
The supplemental Aug. 30 market at 18020 Martin Avenue Square will be open to the public from 4 to 8 p.m., according to a community update.
The Homewood Farmers Market ordinarily takes place every Saturday morning and on select Wednesday evenings. It features a fantastic line-up of growers, bakers, and makers. This Wednesday's market will also feature music from the band, Work in Progress.

"While at the market, enjoy dinner and drinks out on Martin Square!" Homewood officials said, in the alert.
