Homewood Family Of 4 Needs Help After Sewage Line Collapse
Blake and Emily Pinto are on the hook for more than $30,000 after a sewage line collapse, according to information shared on a GoFundMe.

HOMEWOOD, IL — A Homewood family could use some help after an unfortunate incident turned out to be much more costly than they originally had thought.
Recently, Blake and Emily Pinto woke up to find raw sewage backing up into their basement and soon later found out their main sewage line had collapsed under the city street, family friend Raymond Spires said.
Spires said on a GoFundMe page neither the family's homeowner's insurance nor the village has any legal obligation to cover the more than $30,000 this will cost the Pintos for repairs.

This "leaves Blake and Emily with an enormous bill that has wiped out their entire life savings and forced them to take out a loan," Spires said.
