Lou Malnati's Eyes Flossmoor Location
Pizza chain seeks to open carryout location in town.
FLOSSMOOR, IL — Pizza chain Lou Malnati's is looking to open up shop in Flossmoor.
Malnati's representatives will seek the necessary special use permit to open a carryout location at 3315 Vollmer Road, former home of Flavor restuarant, HF Chronicle reports.
The request is set to be heard at the Flossmoor Plan Commission’s July 21 meeting. Malnati's can't move forward before acquiring the permit, though they've already drawn up plans on how they'd like to proceed with an overhaul of the space.
