HOMEWOOD, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at the South Suburban Humane Society. This week's 'Adoptable Pet' is Milo, who is available for adoption at the humane society.
The society said Milo is a 7 month old Jack Russell terrier who is a bit of a wild man. He does know sit and place, but would benefit from an adult only home right now until he gets a little bit of training under his belt. He appears to want to play with other dogs, and hasn't had any issues with the office cats at the adoption center.
Milo is at the society's Homewood Adoption Center at 2207 W. 183rd St. in Homewood. Meet Milo on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
