South Suburban Woman Dies After Being Pulled From Chicago River
The woman was seen in the river Friday night. She died Saturday morning.

CHICAGO, IL — A 24-year-old woman died Saturday after being pulled from the Chicago River on Friday night.
Dominique Flewellen was seen in the river at 350 W. Van Buren St. around 6 p.m., pulled out by the Chicago Police marine unit, and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She was pronounced dead at 7:35 a.m. Saturday, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Witnesses told police they saw her jump into the river, reports ABC Chicago.

Flewellen was a graduate of Hillcrest High School in Country Club Hills and grew up in south suburban Hazel Crest. Her most recent address was listed in Lombard.
