Specialty Physicians of Illinois opening COVID-19 vaccine clinics

Southland-based physician group offering COVID-19 vaccines in Chicago Heights and Matteson to adults age 18 and over

Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC, has announced the dates and locations of its new COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Chicago Heights and Matteson.

Both clinics will offer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to all adults age 18 and over, individuals do not have to be Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC, patients to be vaccinated. Both clinic locations are designed to reach unvaccinated residents in the Southland area at the most convenient times and locations possible.

Chicago Heights Vaccine Clinic
30 E. 15th St., Suite 202, Chicago Heights, IL

Wednesday, June 2, 8am-3pm
Thursday, June 3, 8am-1pm
Wednesday, June 9, 8am-3pm
Thursday, June 10, 8am-1pm

Matteson Vaccine Clinic

Wednesday, June 16, 8am-3pm
Thursday, June 17, 3pm-6pm

Appointments are required. Appointments may be made online at https://vaccine.spidoctors.com, or by phone at (708) 754-7777 for the Chicago Heights clinic or at (708) 679-2770 for the Matteson clinic. Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC, patients may make appoints on MyChart.
