Tickets Available For 2020 BMW Championship At Olympia Fields
The BMW Championship will return to Olympia Fields for the first time since 1971 when it was known as the Western Open.

OLYMPIA FIELDS, IL — Tickets for the 2020 BMW Championship at the Olympia Fields Country Club are already available. They went on sale this week at www.bmwchampionship.com, the Western Golf Association has confirmed.
The BMW Championship will be the penultimate event of the PGA Tour's FedExCup playoffs and held from Aug. 28-23, 2020. It's the sixth time the event will be held at Olympia Fields and the first since back in 1971 when it was known as the Western Open.
Grounds, upgraded Trophy Club and Green Coat Club tickets are currently available in limited quantities, the WGA said. Holiday ticket packages will be available through Jan. 3.

“Coming off a record-breaking year, we’re thrilled to be bringing the 2020 BMW Championship to Olympia Fields to showcase the top 70 golfers on the PGA Tour for golf fans across Chicagoland,” Vince Pellegrino, senior vice president of tournaments for the Western Golf Association, said.
“Due to the overwhelming support and excitement we’ve already received, we expect the general tickets as well as hospitality and holiday packages to sell out quickly. We recommend anyone planning to attend the event to purchase their tickets early.”

The BMW Championship in recent years has raised money for the Evans Scholarships for caddies. Since 2007, the event has raised more than $34 million for college scholarships for deserving caddies of modest means.
