What Should Go Here? Former Home of The Little Colony in Cherry Creek Plaza

The Cherry Creek Plaza is home to several businesses that serve the Homewood-Flossmoor community, from Starbucks to Panera and several local shops as well. However, there's plenty of open space in the plaza, waiting for the right business to come along and call it home.

One such location is the former home of The Little Colony, located at 18360 Governors Highway. The location was a children's and linens store, but now sits vacant and ready to lease.

The space features a glass-fronted store and plenty of room for new signage, along with ample parking.
