Woman Robbed at Gunpoint in Target Parking Lot

HOMEWOOD, IL — Police are searching for two men who robbed a woman at gunpoint outside a Target store in Homewood late Tuesday afternoon.

The victim, a 69-year-old Hazel Crest woman, was attacked by two black males in skull caps, according to a source. One of the suspects flashed a gun before snatching the woman's purse.

The suspects fled southbound through the lot in a white car. No further description of the suspects or the car were immediately available as of 4:30 p.m.
