Elite Life Skills Coaching plans to conduct “Police Safety & Education” presentations in the Chicagoland area this month through December to educate the youth about how to properly interact with law enforcement officers.
During the one-hour presentation, attendees will learn about:
- Misconceptions that people have about police shootings;
- Fears that police officers and youth have when dealing with one another; and
- Laws that youth have before and after being arrested.
To help youth understand the proper way to handle police interactions, Elite will role play certain situations.
