Fall Forward Festival Is This Weekend In Hyde Park
A three-day event at 53rd and Lake Park West will feature live performances and a whiskey tasting pavilion.

CHICAGO, IL - The Fall Forward Festival is this weekend, Sept. 14-16, in Hyde Park. It will take place from 5-10 p.m. on Friday, 2-10 p.m. on Saturday and 2-8 p.m. on Sunday at 53rd Street and Lake Park West.
The event is billed by promoters as the "new and improved" Brews, Brats & Brass.

"What a better way as a community to celebrate the end of Summer and welcome Fall, than a festival? Our community comes together for 3 days of Fall fun, for the Fall Forward Festival. Festival goers will enjoy autumn beer and ciders along with Jack Daniels cocktails all wrapped around an intimate whiskey tasting, amazing food, live music and great company. Come help your community celebrate where we’ve been, where we are now and where we will be, as we move forward to our future."
There will be two whiskey samplings, one from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday and the other from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday.
Live performers planning to come include Gemini Jones, DJ B Real, DJ Kwest, Maurice Brown and more, with food featurings from Krave, Surf's Up and Prime Catering.

Admission is $15, which includes one beverage coupon. It's $30 for a three-day pass and $25 for the whiskey tasting pavilion.
