Harper Court Now Fully Leased

CHICAGO, IL - The new mixed-use development at Harper Court in Hyde Park is now fully leased, according to a UChicago news report. A mix of retail businesses are now open at the new building at 5235 S. Harper Court.

The project is a joint effort by the University of Chicago, city of Chicago and members of the local community. It will become "an important element of overall economic vitality" on the 53rd Street corridor, according to the university.

New businesses at the nearly 225,000 square foot center include Chipotle, Jolly Pumpkin Pizzeria & Brewery, LA Fitness and others.
