"Paws & Pints" Fundraising Event with the Chicago Bears

Proceeds will benefit One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue

The Hiltons at McCormick Place tri-branded hotel, in collaboration with the Chicago Bears, will host a “Paws & Pints” fundraising event on December 4, with proceeds benefiting One Tail at a Time (OTAT), a no-kill, all-breed dog rescue committed to lowering euthanasia rates in the metro Chicago area. Kevin Carlin, Hiltons at McCormick Place Director of Sales & Marketing made the announcement.

The Hiltons at McCormick Place will welcome dog lovers from the greater Chicagoland area for a night of locally crafted beer tasting, an appearance from a Chicago Bears alumni player and the company of shelter dogs from OTAT. Attendees will be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a number of prizes, including a free two-night “stay-cation,” a local brewery experience and more. All of the proceeds from the night will be donated to OTAT. “Tickets to the event are available for $10 per person; raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.”

“This unique event is reflective of our commitment to becoming more engrained in the Chicagoland area and building valuable relationships with residents and businesses in our community,” Carlin said. “We’re proud to collaborate with the Chicago Bears, of which Hilton is an official 2018 hotel partner, and One Tail at a Time, to bring awareness to their mission of rescuing and providing shelter for dogs. Our team is excited to host this event and to welcome the public to our hotel, all for a good cause.”

OTAT offers rescue services, humane education programs, comprehensive support for adopters, advocates for disadvantaged and low-income families and has facilitated more than 2,000 adoptions. For more information, visit www.onetail.org.
