Cosmetologists Chicago and Educator Coral Lahiani present a class for those ready to discover the secrets for handling highly textured hair.
Attendees will learn how to identify different curl types, and develop an understanding of what makes highly textured hair unique, how to assess the limitations and abilities of each curl type, and how to understand the client’s desired outcome.

Unlocking the Mystery of Highly Textured Hair will be Monday, August 6th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. CC Members are $10, and Non-members are $35. The class will be held at Fine Arts Building, 410 S. Michigan Ave., Suite 535 (5th Floor), Chicago.

About your instructor: A Hyde Park, Chicago native, Coral Lahiani is a hair stylist, educator and beauty entrepreneur, with over 30 years of professional experience. She cut her first bang at 4, and by 18 was licensed and working on Michigan Avenue’s Neiman Marcus salon in Chicago; Lahiani went on to spend a decade learning the ins and outs of the business and then decided to open her own salon. Coral Lahiani has been providing next-level color, cuts, organic extensions, and hair styling at her Chicago salon for over twenty years.
Today, as an educator and talent curator, Coral Lahiani has taught advanced classes to licensed professionals working with renowned companies. Coral is the proprietress of The Coral Lahiani Institute for Advanced Cosmetology, an institute devoted to continuing education for licensed cosmetologists through a well-curated and creative curriculum focusing on science and career success. Coral also hosts the Coral Lahiani Master Class series, an in-salon one-on-one specialized masterclass experience for licensed hair stylists where she shares her inside secrets, techniques, and knowledge.
