The Clarion Hotel & Convention Center, located at 411 South Larkin Ave. near the Interstate 80 exit, is available for purchase. The current asking price is $7,295,000, according to the commercial real estate website LoopNet.
The Clarion Hotel & Convention Center includes 200 rooms, it's four stories and was built in the 1970s. "Some splendid common area amenities the hotel has to offer consist of an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, garden, restaurant and bar, and conference space,"the listing reads.
One of the key assets of the The Clarion Hotel & Convention Center, according to the real estate agents, is the property's large event space. The Clarion has more than 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space that's available for rent.

The entire property, according to the listing, consists of more than 370,000 square feet of hospitality space.
"The property is offered fee simple and clear of existing management and financing contracts," according to listing agents. "Over the past 12 months, the hotel has achieved above 12 percent growth in revenues."
