For the second time since March, a large older Joliet apartment building is available with the asking price at more than $1 million.

JOLIET, IL — A three-story brick apartment building built in 1900 near the Joliet Central High School campus is now for sale for nearly $1.2 million.

The recently renovated 12-unit apartment building at 155-157 N. Eastern Ave. just hit the Joliet real estate market. The asking price is $1.19 million.

The listing on LoopNet indicates the property is agent-owned. Sean Morrissey of Chicagoland Realty Partners is trying to sell the property.

All 12 apartment units are one bedroom, one bathroom and have identical floor plans. There are balconies on the back of the building and tenants have access to a parking lot and a laundry room. The apartment building also features central air, the listing noted.

According to Chicagoland Realty Partners, smoking is not allowed inside the building, but small dogs live inside two of the apartment units in 157 N. Eastern Ave. Tenants have access to parking for $30 a month at 225 East Clinton St., which is part of a lease agreement with the adjacent church.
