JOLIET, IL — If you've driven past the ABC Supply Co. property on Joliet's East Jackson Street and thought that you would like to buy that, well, now's your chance. The ABC Supply Co. at 108 East Jackson St. is now on the real estate market.

The listing is for the actual property, not the business. ABC Supply Co. leases the property, which consists of a 58,120-square-foot building. A pair of listing agents with James Capital Investments in Los Angeles are trying to sell the Joliet property at just under $2.6 million.

The Joliet property includes 3.8 acres, 10 exterior loading docks and 100 parking lot spaces.

"ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select exterior building products, tools, and related supplies," the listing on LoopNet reads. "ABC Supply executed their original lease in 2005 and since then have renewed their lease with options to extend, showing commitment to the location."

According to James Capital Investors in Los Angeles, the roof and the building at 108 E. Jackson St. are in good condition. A new gutter system was installed five years back, and the roof is inspected every six months. "Building built on a flat lot with good drainage. Tenant responsible for parking lot surface, landscaping, and fencing," according to the sellers.
