A real estate listing on the commercial website LoopNet urges potential buyers to consider building multi-family apartment units in Joliet.

JOLIET, IL — You don't see a lot of large vacant lots of grass available around Joliet, but one's now on the real estate market just down the street from the Croatian Cultural Club, which is at 1503 Clement St.
The vacant land located at 1511 Clement St. is being advertised on LoopNet.
It's a 1-acre parcel, and the seller wants $125,000.

The land is now being marketed for a future gas station or a restaurant. Instead, Linda Durec of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates based in Addison, is urging potential buyers to consider constructing apartment buildings on the site.
"Joliet has indicated they would consider multi-family apartment buildings on this land," Durec's Sperry Commercial real estate listing advised.
