Want To Own Panda Express, Wing Stop Building? It's For Sale

JOLIET, IL — A building within the Jefferson Square Shopping Center near the Walmart Supercenter and Menards along West Jefferson Street is now for sale, and a Downers Grove commercial real estate firm wants nearly $4 million to acquire the property.

The 13,000-square-foot building at 2410 West Jefferson St. has an asking price of $3,950,000.

The property includes notable tenants such as the Wing Stop and Panda Express restaurants. Those restaurants are not sale, however. Rather, the real estate brokers are trying to sell the land that those restaurants and the other businesses located in the complex currently lease.

According to the commercial listing from Gain Commercial Real Estate brokers Tad Lagestee and Max Hoye, the Jefferson Street Shopping Center property was built in 2009 and covers 2.2 acres.

"The tenant roster includes national brands such as Panda Express and GameStop who have occupied the property since inception. Additional tenants include well-established regional players such as Penny’s Place, Joliet Wings, a dental practice and a salon," according to LoopNet.
