According to LoopNet, 60 percent of the building at 800 Theodore St. has leases in place. One of the major tenants is Mr. Waffle's Pancake House. There are six units within the Theodore Plaza property including 6,000-square-feet of space that remains a vacant bar.

The other tenants, according to the property listing, are a barber shop, a pizza store, a beauty salon and a vacant storefront.

Mr. Waffle's occupies 2,000-square-feet of space, the listing notes. The one-story building dates back to 1950. There's also 50 parking spaces that come with the property.
