Battery, Resisting An Officer: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Aug. 22

• Amber Remes, 40, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery and resisting/obstructing a peace officer following an incident in the 14800 block of Steven Court. Remes was issued an Oct. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aug. 27

• Ivan Perez, 32, of Aurora, was charged with battery following an incident in the 14700 block of National Park Drive. Perez was issued a Sept. 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
