Jeffrey R. Elders, 52, of 326 Stuart Drive in Lockport, was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He will appear in the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Retail Theft

Ricardo Campos, 18, was issued Local Ordinance Citations for Retail Theft following 2 separate incidents in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

TUESDAY, OCT. 11

Driving on Suspended License

Patrick D. Hutton, 32, of 1725 Arbor Lane in Crest Hill, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop at 127th Street and New Avenue. He was issued a November 10 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Andrew D. Wilfong, 20, of 420 N. Park Street in Westmont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at State Street and Weimer Avenue. He was issued an October 25 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Cell Phone Use, Driving on Suspended License

Rodolfo Bernal, 31, of 2612 W. 98th Street in Evergreen Park, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Illegal use of Electronic Communication Device and Improper Left Turn into On-Coming Traffic following a traffic stop at 131st Street and Derby Road. He was issued an October 25 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Miguel Sandoval-Madrigal, 56, of 10505 Parkside Avenue in Chicago Ridge, was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and Illegal use of Electronic Communication Device following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of State Street. Mr. Sandoval-Madrigal was issued an October 25 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License

Timothy P. Fitzgerald, 32, of 1257 Chatham Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Suspended Registration for No Insurance following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of McCarthy Road. Mr. Fitzgerald was issued an October 25 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
