Battery

Justin F. Ashley, 22, of the 300 block of Freehauf Street in Lemont, was arrested for Battery following an incident in the 200 block of Freehauf Street. He was issued a December 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Cynthia L. Drechen, 36, of 300 Robson Drive in Lockport, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Defective Muffler following a traffic stop at Walker Road and McCarthy Road. She was issued a December 1court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

No CDL
Scott P. Flanagan, 33, of the 16800 block of Vicky Lane in Orland Hills, was arrested for No CDL Issued and Unsafe Equipment following a traffic stop at Main Street and Archer Avenue. He was issued a December 1st court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Cannabis
A Juvenile was issued Local Ordinance Citations for Possession of Cannabis and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following an accident in the 400 block of McCarthy Road. The juvenile will appear in the local court.

Criminal Trespass to Property

Mindaugas Keturakis, 43, of the 800 block of Singer Avenue in Lemont, was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence following an incident in the 800 block of Singer Avenue. He was issued a December 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

A Juvenile was issued Local Ordinance Citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Alternative Nicotine Product following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in the local court.

Residential Burglary, Theft from Vehicle

Dominic B. Sitzberger, 20, who resides at 19 Lahinch Drive in Lemont, was arrested for 2 Counts Residential Burglary, Attempted Residential Burglary and Burglary from Motor Vehicle following an incident in the 1200 block of Covington Drive. Mr. Sitzberger was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
