Bethany Lutheran offers Drive-up Back to School Blessing
Sunday, August 16 from Noon-2pm 500 Lemont St, Lemont
Bethany Lutheran Church will be hosting a Drive-up Back to School Blessing on Sunday, August 16 from Noon-2pm at 500 Lemont St. All students, teachers, and staff are welcome. Families or individuals may pull up at Bethany along Lemont Street and Pr. Elaina Salmon will come to each car to offer a blessing and give students and teachers a bag of treats. “In light of Covid-19, there are so many challenges and concerns around the start of the school year. Our Drive-up Back to School Blessing is one way to cover this year in prayer and bless our area students and the teachers and staff who are working so hard to create a safe and nurturing environment,” Pr. Salmon offers.
