Police Blotter: Child Abuse, Battery
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department April 25- May 1. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 1
Battery
Robert H. Doogan, 28, of the 7700 block of Brunswick Road, Darien, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. following an incident at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. Doogan was charged with battery and has a May 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Suspended License, Failure to Signal
Mary L. Fox, 34, of the 1500 block of Georgia Court, Naperville, was arrested following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. Fox was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to signal and was issued a May 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
No Valid DL, Improper Lane Usage
Silk Castillo-Acuarado, 19, of the first block of Montrose, Romeoville, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. Castillo-Acuarado was charged with no valid driver's license and improper display of registration. He was issued a May 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Revoked License, Improper Lighting
Santos Ortega, 34, of the 600 block of Jackson Street, Joliet, was arrested following a traffic stop at New Avenue and 127th Street. Ortega was charged with driving while license revoked and improper lighting, police said. He was issued a June 14 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
SATURDAY, APRIL 27
Suspended License, Improper Passing
Cristobal Morales, 25, of the first block of Briggs Street, Joliet, was arrested following a traffic stop at New Avenue and 127th Street. Morales was charged with driving while license suspended and improper passing in an intersection, police said. He was issued a May 17 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
THURSDAY, APRIL 25
Child Abuse, Aggravated Battery
Joshua Modlin, 32, of the 900 block of Ann Street, Joliet, was arrested at 7 p.m. following an incident on the 500 block of Czacki Street. Modlin was charged with aggravated battery, domestic battery and child abuse and has a May 20 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
