Congressmen Bill Foster surprised Emma Held and Ms. Nevin’s Social Studies class on Friday, March 18. Ms. Nevin’s students were studying the United States Constitution, and Emma emailed the congressmen to ask how he made the decision to run for Congress. Congressmen Foster was a positive speaker for the students and spoke eloquently about serving others.
