Domestic Battery, No License: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 26

  • Aleksejs Jerofejevs, 25, of Willowbrook, was charged with driving without valid license (never issued), speeding 26-34 mph over the limit and no front/rear registration plate at 7:22 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Jerofejevs was issued an Oct. 16 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
  • Miguel Arenas, 35, of Chicago, was charged with driving while license expired (more than one year), operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding 11-14 mph over limit at 6:31 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 16500 block of New Avenue. Arenas was issued an Oct. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Brenden Hood, 19, of Lemont, was charged with two counts of domestic battery at 3:01 p.m. following an incident in the 700 block of McCarthy St. Hood was issued an Oct. 30 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 9

  • Edis Licina, 37, of Lemont, was charged with two counts of domestic battery at 1:47 p.m. following an incident in the 300 block of Short Street. Licina was taken to the Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.
