Hit and Run

Between 4:50 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. an unknown offender struck a vehicle in the 400 block of Talcott Avenue and fled the scene. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Battery, Resisting Arrest, Public Consumption/Intoxication

Alex R. Stewart, 33, of 13460 Pawnee Lane in Homer Glen, was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing/Disarm an Officer, Battery and Public Consumption/Intoxication following an incident in the 0-50 block of Wend Street. He appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 7

Domestic Battery

Michael J. Medek, 33, of 16426 Pasture Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in the 16400 block of Pasture Drive. He appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Items Stolen from Home

Some time Between August 31 and September 7 an unknown offender removed without permission jewelry, cash, cell phones, a collectors model car and coins, from a home in the 700 block of State Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 6

Possession of Cannabis

Jimmie L. Morris, 23, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop in the 15900 block of New Avenue. He will appear in the local court.
