Drug Possession, License Suspended: Lemont Police Reports

Jan. 26

• Isaiah Marshall, 22, of Chicago, was charged with operating a vehicle with cancelled/revoked/suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 9:05 p.m. following a traffic stop at Lockport Street and New Avenue. Marshall was issued a Feb. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Jan. 27

• Josue Mendoza-Barrera, 26, of Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, no front registration plate light and improper use of registration/title at 1:33 a.m. following a traffic stop at Stephen and Main streets. Mendoza-Barrera was issued a Feb. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Jan. 28

• Preston Smoot, 27, of Glenview, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, speeding 15-20 mph over the limit and possession of a controlled substance at 9:53 p.m. following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Smoot was issued a Feb. 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
