Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Aric A. Klemp, 18, 7710 Wilcox St., Forest Park, was issued a local ordinance ticket at 10:45 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at New Avenue and Timberline Drive.

Underage Consumption

Kayla G. Grajeda, 18, 358 Keepataw Drive, Lemont, was issued a local ordinance ticket at 4:29 a.m. for underage consumption following an incident at 127th Street and Krystyna Place.

DUIs

• Mario E. Cerda, 29, 2116 Beldon Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Tomasz M. Biernacki, 28, 1024 Crestview Drive, Lemont, was arrested at 1 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and expired registration following a traffic stop in the 500 block of McCarthy Road. He was issued a Dec. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Suspended License, Registration

Kristen M. Schwantes, 31, 800 Copley Lane, Joliet, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. for driving while license is suspended and suspended registration following a traffic stop at State and 127th streets. She was issued a Jan. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Darius Bartoszek, 24, 537 Senon Drive, Lemont, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. for operation of vehicle with suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended registration following a traffic stop at Lemont and Canal streets. He was issued a Jan. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Underage Consumption

Christine M. McVach, 20, 2 E. Illinois St., Lemont, was issued a local ordinance ticket at 4:53 a.m. for underage consumption following an incident in the 400 block of Keepataw Drive.

DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed

Jonathan Farmer, 21, 13040 Black Fox Lane, Lemont, was arrested at 4:52 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following a traffic stop at 436 Keepataw Drive. He was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Travis J. Albrecht, 19, 813 Lisdowny Drive, Lockport, was issued a local ordinance ticket at 4:19 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street.

DUI, Illegal Transportation of Liquor

Shannon E. Eubanks, 26, 29W451 Emerald Green Drive, Warrenville, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of liquor and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 127th Street. She was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI, Improper Lane Usage

Bruce A. Myslinski, 60, 725 Wilcox St., Joliet, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage following an incident in the 12400 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued a Jan. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

THURSDAY, NOV. 21

Driving With Revoked License, Speeding

Beth A. Smith, 51, 7498 N. Thayer St., Terra Haute, Ind., was arrested at 1:39 a.m. for driving while license is revoked and speeding following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Smith Road. She was issued a Dec. 20 court date at the Will County Court House.
