DUI, Battery: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 18

• Eric Santiago, 27, of Naperville, was charged with DUI-alcohol, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and operation of uninsured vehicle at 12:56 a.m. following an incident in the 500 block of McCarthy Road. Santiago was issued an Oct. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Sept. 22

• Jeff Little, 40, of Lemont, was charged with driving without a valid license (expired more than one year) and no seat belt at 2:40 a.m. following a traffic stop at Klappa and Mayfair drives. Little was issued an Oct. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Sept. 24

• Jolanta Zakauskas, 50, of Lemont, was charged with battery at 12:21 p.m. following an incident in the 1100 block of State Street. Zakauskas was issued an Oct. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
