Speeding 11–14 mph Over Limit

Michael J. Fortin, 18, of 8937 Oxford Street in Woodridge, was arrested for Speeding 11-14 mph above limit & Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Covington Drive. Mr. Fortin was issued a August 10th court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

DUI, No Insurance

Tammy C. Chomko, 31, of 40 Lahinch Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence Of Alcohol, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Disobeying a Traffic Control Device following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Derby Road. Ms. Chomko was issued an August 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

DUI, Improper Lane Usage
John Ochota, 46, of 5806 W. 64th Place in Chicago, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage and Failure to Signal When Required following a traffic stop in the 12700 block of Archer Avenue. Mr. Ochota was issued a July 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License
Richard E. Nork, 24, of 2711 Joe Adler Drive in Plainfield, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop at State Street and Keepataw Drive. Mr. Nork was issued a July 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Leaving Scene of an Accident, Possession of Controlled Substance

Kelly A. Hurley, 50, of 1001 State Street in Lemont, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle following an incident in the 900 block of State Street. Ms. Hurley was issued a July 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
