Adam Bujak, 56, of 13845 Dixon Way Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Disobeyed Traffic Control Device and Driving With Expired Registration following a traffic stop at Derby Road and Archer Avenue. He was issued an August 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

THURSDAY, JULY 21

DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance

Carl J. Millraney, 28, of 863 McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Endangering the Life/Health of a Child and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident following an incident at Illinois Street and Lemont Street. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

No CDL
Perez S. Rosales, 32, of 4771 Sassafras Lane in Naperville, was arrested for No CDL License Obtained and warned for No Valid Safety Test Sticker and Use of Unsafe Tire following a traffic stop at Main Street and Illinois Street. Mr. Rosales was issued an August 8th court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

No Drivers License

Josbel Diaz-Ruiz, 32, of 860 S. 86th Avenue in Justice, was arrested for No Drivers License / Never Issued, Speeding 11-14 mph Above Limit and No Registration Plate Light following a traffic stop at State Street and Logan Street. He was issued an August 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

DUI, One Head Light

Tamara S. Smith, 27, of 409 Fairmont Avenue in Lockport, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Only One Head Light following a traffic stop at State Street and Munster Road. She was issued a September 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License
Nicole L. Ackerman, 44, of 902 Hillview Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and No Registration Plate Light following a traffic stop at State Street and Harper Lane. She was issued an August 10th court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Mehul Patel, 30, of 12370 Briarcliffe Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop at 127th Street and I-355. He was issued an August 8 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Criminal Damage to Property
Katarzyna M. Bienias, 38, of 16721 Brighton Drive in Lemont, was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property following an incident in the 12300 block of Briarcliffe Drive. She was issued an August 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
