Gelsosomo's Pizzeria And Pub Closing, Moving To Digs On Canal
The restaurant said the "impact of the coronavirus has us changing course."
LEMONT, IL — Gelsosomo's Pizzeria and Pub will close within the next couple of weeks, the business shared on its Facebook page. The restaurant first opened in 2014 in Lemont.
"We have had the pleasure of serving amazing food and spirits for six awesome years, but it is time to change things up," the restaurant said on Facebook.
The restaurant said the "impact of the coronavirus has us changing course."

The restaurant's "sister" restaurant Digs On Canal will remain open, and will offer some Gelsosomo's favorites, including pizza. The restaurant said you'll be able to order Gelsosomo's pizza starting in October.
"It has been our great honor to spend time with all of you. You have become family to us," the restaurant said. "This is just the next chapter of our story here in Lemont."
