Possession with Intent to Deliver

Hector I. Montes, 20, of 5542 S. Oak Park Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for 2 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Cannabis over 30 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Speeding following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. He appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Gina M. Botich, 30, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 15100 block of Main Street. She will appear in the local court.

Jeremy D. Vucko, 18, of 14736 Edinburgh Court in Homer Glen, was arrested for No Drivers License Issued, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Registration Plate Light and Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. He was issued a February 21 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Lester Nevels, 18, of 4903 Grand Avenue in McCook, was arrested for Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and Consumption 0f Alcohol by a Minor following an incident in the 16100 block of New Avenue. He was issued a February 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Driving While License Suspended

Michael P. Ortelli, 23, of 748 Talcott Avenue in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Speeding following a traffic stop at State and 127th streets. He was issued a February 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
