Haunted Central Set to Spook

LEMONT, IL — The haunting at Central School continues this Halloween, with plenty of new spooks and surprises!

Discounted advance tickets are still available and can be purchased until 3 p.m. on Friday at the District 113A Office and at Oakwood, River Valley and Old Quarry school offices. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

A fright-free Haunted Central, 410 S. McCarthy Rd., will take place Saturday afternoon for the young and faint-of-heart. All visitors under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The "fright-free" portion runs from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Proceeds will benefit the SD113A Educational Foundation and the Hope and Friendship Foundation.

Prices at the door are $15 for Friday/Saturday night and $5 for Saturday’s Family Day. Doors open at 6 p.m. both days, last ticket sold at 9:30 p.m. Parking and a shuttle will be available from the Lemont Metra station beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday, and all day Saturday.
