FRIDAY, MAY 6

Driving on Suspended License

Jennifer M. Balice, 33, of 1259 Keough Street in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Operation on Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Only One Headlight following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Archer Avenue. Ms. Balice was issued a May 24th court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Hit and Run

At 11:11 p.m., an unknown offender struck a vehicle and fled in the 1000 block of Warner Avenue. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

THURSDAY, MAY 5

Prescriptions Stolen Out of Car

Between 9 and 11:30 a.m., an unknown offender entered a vehicle in the 1300 block of Arbor Drive and removed without permission prescriptions and currency. If anyone has any information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Johnathan E. Morris, 21, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Stephen Street. Mr. Morris will appear in the Local Court.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 4

Home Break-in

At 6:25 a.m. an unknown offender entered a home in the 15800 block of New Avenue and fled. If anyone has any information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Speeding 26–39 mph Over

Seth A. Durham-Silva, 18 years of age, who resides at 725 Dexter Avenue, in Romeoville Illinois for Speeding 26-39 over following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Mr. Durham-Silva was issued a May 19th court date at the Will County Courthouse.

TUESDAY, MAY 3

Retail Theft

Laura Mather, 35 years of age, was issued a Local Ordinance for Retail Theft following an incident in the 1100 block of State Street. Ms. Mather will appear in the local court.

MONDAY, MAY 2

DUI Drugs

Dale R. Harvey, 51, of 5009 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Reduce to Speed to Avoid an Accident following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street. Mr. Harvey was issued a May 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
