IHSA Reveals Football Schedules: See Who LHS Faces

LEMONT, IL — Are you ready for some football? With contact days beginning Sunday for Illinois High School Association schools, it's fitting that this fall's football schedule has been announced. Expect things to look a little different under the Friday night lights as schools and spectators adjust to the many challenges coronavirus will surely present to competitive sports.

50 Players, Limited Spectators Allowed In IHSA Stage 2

Lemont High School will start the season with a home game against St. Charles on Aug. 28. The team is once again coached by Bret Kooi.

The schedule for Lemont can be found below (games start at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted):

• Aug. 28 - St. Charles East, home
• Sept. 5 - Richards, home, 6 p.m.
• Sept. 11 - Shepard, away
• Sept. 18 - Hillcrest, away
• Sept. 25 - Thornton Fractional North, home
• Oct. 2 - Bremen, home
• Oct. 9 - Tinley Park, away
• Oct. 16 - Thornton Fractional South, home
• Oct. 23 - Oak Forest, away
