LEMONT, IL — If you're looking to start your spring planting, the Lemont Garden Club will hold its perennial plant sale on May 8. The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the front parking lot of the Lemont Park District, 16020 W. 127th St.
Cash, credit card and PayPal is accepted at the sale.
The garden club's popular plant sale returns after it was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Lemont Garden Club is a nonprofit group that plants and maintains garden beds and planters in downtown Lemont and purchases and decorates large holiday wreaths for several municipal buildings. The club celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2019.
