Lemont Hosts Scarecrow Festival 2018

The festival is presented by the township and the Lemont Junior Woman's Club.

LEMONT, IL — Head out to the Lemont Township Community Center on Sunday, Oct. 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. for the Scarecrow Festival 2018. The festival is presented by the township and the Lemont Junior Woman's Club.

This free event has plenty of fall activities and the chance to learn more about the woodland sanctuary behind the community center. You can walk the scarecrow trail and vote for your favorites before resting by the fire with cider and stories.

According to the village website, the event will also have a nature trail scavenger hunt and kids crafts and games.
