Lemont Man Nabbed in Residential, Car Burglaries: Cops

LEMONT, IL — Lemont police on Wednesday arrested a man believed to be responsible for several residential burglaries and burglaries to vehicles in the area.

Police were called to an attempted break-in at the 1200 block of Covington. Shortly afterward, Dominick Sitzberger, 20, of the 10 block of Lahinch, was located and taken in for questioning.

Proceeds from the prior burglaries were recovered, and felony charges were approved. Sitzberger was arrested and arraigned that day.
