The program involves five metrics, including: policies issued, updates pending, daily training bulletins issued, policies acknowledged, and daily training bulletins taken. To reach gold recognition, the department had to meet requirements of these metrics, including acknowledging at least 80 percent of policies and issuing at least 80 percent of the daily training bulletin packages.
