Lemont Police Reports: Leaving The Scene, Domestic Battery

LEMONT, IL — The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.
June 8
Vaughn Russell, 42, of Joliet, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 1:47 p.m. following an incident that happened on May 29 at State Street and Archer Avenue. Russell was issued a July 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Marek Stoch, 51, of Lemont, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 6:21 p.m. following an incident that happened on May 24 in the 16000 block of New Avenue. Stoch was issued a July 27 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Leonard Degrado, 69, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery following an incident at 11:39 p.m. in the 14800 block of Steven Court. Degrado was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.
June 16
Mark Loeb, 33, of Naperville, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an incident on May 23 at State Street and Archer Avenue. Loeb was issued a July 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Martynas Biskis, 21, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery following an incident at 8:34 p.m. in the 16400 block of 127th Street. Biskis was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing
