Lemont Township Hosts Senior Zumba
The class will be held at the community center, 16300 Alba St., starting Jan. 8 and continuing for biweekly sessions on Tuesdays.
LEMONT, IL — Lemont Township will host free senior Zumba starting in January. The township said the class will be held at the community center, 16300 Alba St., starting Jan. 8 and continuing for biweekly sessions on Tuesdays from 12 to 12:30 p.m.
The class is geared toward improved balance and better mobility. The township said the class is done in a chair to music.
